We advise that you send your items Royal Mail Special Delivery (24 hours preferably) via the post or DPD. We don’t receive Royal Mail delivery on a Saturday at the office, so please be sure to select a Saturday DPD service if you happen to be sending them, please do give us prior warning to ensure we are available on the Saturday. Please also email us the tracking number so we can add it to our system and ensure someone is in on Saturday to receive the package. There a few options in terms of sending us your flowers:

  • Whole Bouquet: Send the whole bouquet as soon as you've had your wedding. This is the easiest option for most people and allows us to select the best flowers for your items. We only save enough flowers for your order, so it’s important you have secure and added all your items before posting your flowers.
  • Portion Bouquet: Sending a portion of the flowers, roughly 1 handful per item. This option is for any other option of letters, hearts, diamonds and cubes.

We don’t advise Myhermes as there have been numerous packages which have been delayed or arrived badly damaged.

You can also Hand Deliver any flowers to our address (this is emailed to you as soon as an order is placed).

The following guidelines show how to easily post us your flowers:

Step 1: Cut the bottom of the bouquet to allow the flowers to collect some moisture during the travel. For any ribboning which may be wrapped around the base, if you could remove this and include (we could add this into the resin also if you'd like)

Step 2: Collect some kitchen tissue paper, at least a handful of sheets and dampen this to allow for the flowers to collect some water during travelling. Wrap this around the base of the flowers.

Step 3: Wrap kitchen foil tightly around the base of the flowers, to ensure no water escapes and travels through to the bud.

Step 4: Place the base of the flowers in a sandwich bag, close the bag as much as possible.

Step 5: Pop some Kitchen Tissue around the top of the flowers to protect them and ensure of any water escapes the tissue will collect it. Please don't make this too wet, just damp is totally okay for the journey.

Step 6: Add the flowers, ideally upright, but if you can’t do this, don’t panic - in a box with dry packing such as newspaper, tissue paper to cushion the flowers in the box. Enough padding so the flowers don’t move around during transit.

Step 7: Please place “Fragile” on the outer box and post! Add a note in the box including your Order Number & Name so we know the flowers are yours on arrival :)

We only use a high quality grade 100% guaranteed non yellowing resin which will ensure your items won’t fade to a yellow over time. This patented technology is one of the reasons we have decided to work with this manufacturer against all others on the market so we can ensure that we can offer the best to our customers.
We'd suggest to wait 3-6 months to have this delivered back to you. As it takes sometime to dry the flowers and we carefully take apart the bouquet to do this. We always keep all our flowers separate from each client. We will however keep you updated throughout the process and you are more than welcome to contact us on if you'd like an update.
Why Choose Us?
Attention to Detail

We ensure we select the appropriate flowers suitable for the items you've chosen. We then carefully begin the drying process before laying them out in your chosen shapes. We love a "fuller" look in our items as we feel it portrays what your original item feels and looks like.

Trust & Communication

We keep you updated throughout the entire process. This includes initial conversations about what you'd like, right down to when we receive your flowers, when we begin work on your items, as well as sending photos of the finished articles. We won't send you an item until you are happy!

High Quality Resin

Almost all Flower Preservation companies & Resin Artists in the United Kingdom use resin which will discolour and “yellow” within 1-2 years as the resin is exposed to natural light. Here at Magenta Flowers we only ever use high quality resin which is 100% guaranteed no to yellow so you can be sure that your items will stay a crystal clear throughout the test of time.

Wedding Memory

Had a bit of a nightmare from ordering the display to eventually receiving the goods several months later. Post Office fault in first instance but then Magenta Flowers in terms of delays due to Covid. End product is very nice and exactly what we wanted so thank you and a pity about the delays.

So sorry you felt the delays contributed to the overall dissatisfaction with the lovely item we made for you. As you mentioned the initial set of flowers didn’t quite make it in the post due to Xmas & Covid delays. We have honestly not been in that situation ever before - so it was really unique.

The delay at our end was due to covid - when we accepted your order we already had a road map to hire a staff member in January to help with the production of items. Unfortunately a national lockdown was imposed and our new joiner couldn’t start, so whilst we tried to stay afloat and keep our business ticking - it had meant I personally was having to slowly create all the items. Due to the lockdown our 3 children were also at home, two of which required home schooling to some extent. We also unfortunately received some sad news that my grandmother was unwell with cancer and required urgent surgery. My mum who looks after our youngest child (at the time she was 9 months old) had to help her recover from major surgery and so my working days had to switch to working nights whilst my kids were sleeping.

It was honestly the hardest few weeks of my life, keeping the business going (it has been a godsend as it’s our livelihood), battling home schooling and finally the worry and stress of a loved one.

I can only apologise for the delays, a lot of which couldn’t be helped unfortunately as the items we make are all handmade.

Keep safe and congratulations again,

Safiyya & Adam

Rather disappointed

Wedding at the start of November, posted our fresh flowers the next day. Tracked and emailed for progress did receive communication but did not receive final product until mid March. Hardly any of my flowers have been used only small bits and you can't tell they are even my flowers, feel like the marketing photos are misleading and would not recommend.

We are sorry you feel this way, as you can appreciate there has been some delay as we didn’t expect to go into a national lockdown in Jan 2021 so we were unable to have staff in the workshop. To add to this we didn’t have childcare for our youngest who was 9 months old at the time, for a few weeks whilst my grandmother had major surgery to remove cancer. Our 2 elder kids were also homeschooling. So the completion of the items took longer than expected as much of Jan / Feb was night shift working whilst our kids were asleep.

The love letters are quite thin letters so cannot hold full flowers and often we need to bits of petals and only small flowers where we can. Also if we overfill the letters it can sometimes create bubbles and holes in the resin.

All the flowers we receive are meticulously sectioned, documented and used for the relevant items chosen.

All the photos on the website are usually customer photos taken in natural lighting. We usually send a photo to each customer of the completed items to ensure that it meets customer approval before posting them out.

We hope you learn to like them as much as we did and if you have any other questions please feel free to email us on

Many thanks,

Safiyya & Adam

Lovely items👍🏻 Very nice done

Perfect Memory

I ordered the light up love letters and a Pandora style bead using the flowers from my wedding bouquet in October. My package arrived this week and was beautifully wrapped and presented. Was so happy with the final product and everyone loves them and thinks they are absolutely beautiful. Thankyou so much for preserving my flowers and providing me with a life long memory from our wedding

A wonderful memento of our wedding day and made with love and care to capture the bouquet perfectly.
