Bereavement Box
Bereavement Box | Memory Box for Funeral Flowers
Losing a loved one is always hard. The fact that you are here and reading this means that you are already painfully aware of this and you have our condolences. There are many ways to remember and cherish a loved ones memories and we want to be able to help you do this with our bereavement memory box.
Choose any items with sentimental meaning to you, it could be a heirloom, jewellery. clothing, flowers from the funeral or photos and we can encapsulate this in a lovely box that you can hang.
We do specialise in preserving flowers so this is our forte but are always open to ideas and other options. If a box is not right for you then maybe a photo frame using the funeral flowers could be an option.

We advise that you send your items Royal Mail Special Delivery (24 hours preferably) via the post, you can either send:
- Whole Bouquet: Send the whole bouquet as soon as you've had your wedding. This option is only if you've selected the "Bouquet Drying Service" OR you do not want the remainder of your flowers back.
- Portion Bouquet: Sending a portion of the flowers, roughly 1 handful per item. This option is for any other option of letters, hearts, diamonds and cubes.
We don’t advise Myhermes as there have been numerous packages which have been delayed or arrived badly damaged.
You can also Hand Deliver any flowers to our address (this is emailed to you as soon as an order is placed).

The following guidelines show how to easily post us your flowers:
Step 1: Cut the bottom of the bouquet to allow the flowers to collect some moisture during the travel. For any ribboning which may be wrapped around the base, if you could remove this and include (we could add this into the resin also if you'd like)
Step 2: Collect some kitchen tissue paper, at least a handful of sheets and dampen this to allow for the flowers to collect some water during travelling. Wrap this around the base of the flowers.
Step 3: Wrap kitchen foil tightly around the base of the flowers, to ensure no water escapes and travels through to the bud.
Step 4: Place the base of the flowers in a sandwich bag, close the bag as much as possible.
Step 5: Pop some Kitchen Tissue around the top of the flowers to protect them and ensure of any water escapes the tissue will collect it. Please don't make this too wet, just damp is totally okay for the journey.
Step 6: Add the flowers, ideally upright, but if you can’t do this, don’t panic - in a box with bubble wrap/ cushioning into a strong box. Enough padding so the flowers don’t move around during transit.
Step 7: Please place “Fragile” on the outer box and post! Add a note in the box including your Order Number & Name so we know the flowers are yours on arrival :)
